Iai-do sword [Fujiwara no Ason Muramasa (replica) : Maruni Chigaiya]

Thank you very much for viewing.

This is a top-quality iaito sword, a replica of Fujiwara no Ason Muramasa, which has been displayed in our home for a long time, made by Nihon Antique Gallery.
*The family crest Maru ni Chigaiya (crossed arrows in a circle) is on the saya (scabbard).

There are slight scuffs on a part of the blade (no dents or nicks), and minor scratches and dents in places on the saya.
Additionally, due to long-term display, there are small rust spots and scuffs on the tsuba (hand guard), scuffs and fading on the inlay, and sun fading on the tsuka-ito (handle wrapping).

Other than these, there are no other noticeable major scratches.
Personally, I believe the overall condition is still quite beautiful, but this is just my personal opinion. Please examine the images carefully and make your own judgment.

Muramasa is one of my favorite swords among those in our collection.
I would be happy to pass it on to someone who will cherish it for a long time.

*All swords in my possession have been maintained with sword oil. Sword oil has a unique scent, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to smells.
