Description
This is a high-quality iaito (iai sword) replica of the Dōtanuki, made by the Japan Antique Gallery.
It is currently difficult to obtain and is a valuable piece. I received it as a gift, but it did not fit my size, so I am listing it for sale.
■ Original selling price: Approximately ¥120,000 - ¥150,000
■ Overall length: Approximately 107.5 cm
■ Blade length: Approximately 74 cm
It features the robust appearance characteristic of Dōtanuki and a solid, substantial feel. Both the blade and the saya (scabbard) are in good condition.
*Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details, as this is a used item.
