Purchased used, but it operates without any problems. Personally, I like it, and after using this product, I actually experienced horseback riding, and I felt it reproduced it quite well. I feel like my waist has tightened up after continuing for about 30 minutes a day while listening to music or watching videos (though this may vary by individual).

I am selling it because I do not have space for it in my new residence.
