#Fist Training

This product is
portable, allowing you to train anytime, anywhere.
It can also be used by wrapping it around a pillar with rubber bands, etc., so you can customize its use.

Sand gets between the knuckles, allowing you to thoroughly train even the spaces between your joints.
It is hard enough to train not only the bones but also the flesh of your palm heel, the back of your hand (reverse fist), and your knife hand.
Since sand dust from training or straw from straw dummies does not scatter, you can train indoors without worry.

This is a handmade product. While it is brand new and unused, please understand that there may be minor cosmetic imperfections due to the materials.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask questions in the comments.
The product will be shipped in the condition shown in the 5th photo.

⚪︎Please let me know if you would like to purchase multiple items as a set.
