Description
DESCRIPTION This is an original 1958 softcover booklet titled Supplying Your Navy, issued by the Bureau of Supplies and Accounts (NAVSANDA 350). A fascinating artifact of Cold War-era military logistics, the publication details the business of the U.S. Navy, from the management of 26,000 separate items aboard a destroyer to the profit motive of naval supply. The graphic design is a superb example of the period, featuring stylized world maps, bold typography, and crisp maritime photography. It offers a sophisticated look at the Supply Corps' role during the late 1950s. A fine acquisition for the collector of naval history or mid-century government ephemera. SIZE Approximately 10 x 7.5. CONDITION This booklet remains in very good condition. The covers show light shelf wear and minor age toning. Internal pages are clean and free of writing or significant tears, and the stapled binding is secure. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Please see photos for details and ask with any questions. Thanks!
