RARE JAY STRONGWATER BLACK CAMEO ART DECO SCROLL SCALLOP CRYSTAL ENAMEL FRAME

This is an AUTHENTIC Vintage Jay Strongwater Picture Frame. This is from Neiman Marcus.  This frame RETIRED MANY YEARS AGO.   It has a GORGEOUS Art Deco style frame with a rectangular swirl/cut-out trellis design.  It has crystal accents in the center of each swirl design and holds a rectangular picture.  It is a gold finish metal and accented with clear Swarovski crystals.  It measures approximately 9 5/8L (at longest point) by 7 5/8 W (at widest point.) Picture frame holds an approximately 6 1/4L by 4 3/8W rectangular picture.  There are scalloped circles at the edge of each corner on the inner edge.  It was purchased and used for a brief time.  Comes from a non-smoking home. There are no missing crystals.  There is some wear to the metal finish...see pictures.  Pictures of actual item.
