For chishaneco-sama: YAMAHA Soundproof Room 0.8 tatami mats Dr-35

YAMAHA Abitec Cefine II Soundproof Room 0.8 Tatami Dr-35
Thank you for looking.

I used this for about 1 year for telework and playing musical instruments, about 8 times a month. I am selling it because I have fewer opportunities to use it.

I would prefer to have it moved by April 31st. If you can arrange for the move by the 31st, I will lower the price to 190,000 yen.

It will be moved from a condominium with an elevator.

No pets, no smoking, no eating indoors.

There are screw holes from changing the panel positions twice in the past.
There are minor scratches and dirt from use.

There is no hole for cables or air conditioning.

Lighting, panels, and ventilation fan are included. Musical instruments, equipment, and sound-absorbing materials are not included.

Please contact me via comment before purchasing. As detailed arrangements such as address and schedule will be necessary, please refrain from purchasing if you are demanding or have a significantly poor rating.
