Condition: Used in an indoor gym. Due to the characteristic durability of Cerakote, there is no noticeable rust on the knurled center of the shaft. There are scuffs and scratches on the sleeves (where plates are inserted) from use, but rotation is very smooth and there are no issues with functionality.
