Kate Spade Silk Navy & White Striped Polo/Nautical/Preppy Dress

Short-sleeve Kate Spade polo-style dress with ruffle-trimmed button placket. Horizontal navy and white stripes. Breezy, fuller skirt—with pockets!—for easy movement and comfort. Classic, preppy, look appropriate for many occasions.  100% silk. Side zip. Buttons on the front are functional if you want to adjust the neckline to your taste.  One mark(?) on the back—I’m not sure it’s really a make, more just a natural variation in the silk, I think, but see pic.
