Description
Pumpkin Park Snow Globe - 10 Plastic Lights Sounds Hyde & Eek! Target Halloween Note, the black plastic. Piece that sits right behind the ferris wheel does come off as the screw is not tightening. It does not affect its use though and just sits there fine. The plastic globe itself does come off if you wanted to clean the inside or pop the black piece on or off. I will put the black piece in a separate wrapping so it won't bounce around when shipped.
