I took it out and cut the tag, but then I noticed the rain had stopped, so I hung it in my room without using it. Within a week, I moved, and at my new place, I don't have a bicycle and can borrow an umbrella from the concierge, so I'm listing it without ever using it.
In short, I don't ride a bicycle, so I don't need the poncho and am listing it unused.

Details below~
At my previous place, I had a bicycle located on top of a hill, a separate location from my residence. I happened to take out the poncho on a rainy day when I intended to ride it, but before leaving my room, I noticed the rain had stopped, so I hung it in my room. Also, I dislike climbing hills to ride my bicycle, so I only rode it twice on sunny days after purchasing it, and it eventually got a flat tire. Consequently, I never used the poncho. Since I live near the station, I rarely rode my bicycle and had no opportunity to use the poncho. The same applies to my new residence, so I am listing it for sale!
