The skirt which is multi-tiered is made from a blend of cotton and silk and the Tahe states dry clean only.  This beautiful skirt is lined in a blue 100%cotton.  The edging on the waist line and at the tiers has a rough selvage edge which is part of the design of the original skirt. (Not fray)   Love Shack Fancy is a high end brand that was founded in 2013 by Rebecca Hessel Cohen, a former Cosmopolitan fashion and beauty editor. The concept grew out of her love of vintage clothing and the romantic dresses she created around her wedding. The whole brand is built around that very recognizable romantic, feminine, vintage-inspired look: florals, ruffles, lace, bows, eyelet, Victorian details and floaty fabrics.  The Abrielle skirt has the signature characteristics of the brand  with ruffles giving the vibes of feminine and romantic. The beautiful beach floral periwinkle blue is a perfect base color to coordinate with many colors and styles.    FIT:  Elastic waist band at 14 inches will stretch to a 15/16. It is 14 inches long. The waist band is 2 inches. It’s a very comfortable lightweight skirt that’s frilly and feminine. Perfect for so many occasions.    CONDITION:  Although preowned, there’s no visible flaws noted.
