Vintage MCM 1940s Weil Ware Yellow Blossom Salt & Pepper‎ Shaker Set

These salt and pepper shakers were produced by Weil Ware, a California pottery company that operated from the 1930s through the 1960s. The 'Blossom' pattern, featuring distinctive flower-shaped tops in contrasting colors against a white body, was one of their popular mid-century designs. The fluted sides and cheerful yellow flower tops are characteristic of the company's aesthetic during this period. These charming kitchen accessories are highly valued by collectors of mid-century California pottery and vintage kitchenware enthusiasts for their whimsical design and representation of post-war American domestic optimism. The bright, cheerful aesthetic exemplifies the colorful, functional pottery that became popular in American homes during the mid-20th century. Stoppers are inside of the shakers.
