Panasonic Smoke & Roaster Kemurantei (2023 Model)

Purchased new and used twice (the smoking tray is unused). I am selling it as it did not suit my preferences.
There may be minor scuffs from storage at home, but it is in very clean condition as shown in the images.

Accessories are as shown in the images.
As there is no original box, it will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a modified general-purpose cardboard box.

The Panasonic Smoke & Roaster Kemurantei NF-RT1100 is a smoke & roaster released in March 2022. It is advertised to reduce bothersome odors with a special filter and exhaust fan, cutting smoke by approximately 90%, allowing you to easily enjoy grilled fish and smoked foods indoors.
It features 6 auto menus, primarily for fish.
Simply set the ingredients and the cooking is done automatically.
Equipped with 6 auto menus: Raw/Whole Fish, Fillets, Dried Fish, Marinated Fish, Chicken, and Baked Sweet Potato. It automatically adjusts heat, temperature, and time for precise cooking, eliminating the need to monitor the heat.
You can also manually set the temperature and cooking time (timer). The temperature can be set in 20°C increments from 220-280°C, and the timer can be set in 1-minute increments from 1-30 minutes. The instruction manual includes recipes and recommended cooking times for various dishes such as reheating fried foods, gratins, and grilled vegetables.

The upper heater uses a far-infrared black heater for efficient heating. Furthermore, the interior is coated with ceramic binchotan charcoal on all four sides, which is said to result in crispy exteriors and juicy interiors, similar to charcoal grilling. With heaters on both the top and bottom, there's no need to flip the food.

The main unit dimensions are W45.0 x D35.5 x H18.5 cm.

As it has a smoking function, a smoking container and rack are included.
The ability to easily enjoy smoking indoors is also a major appeal of this product. While you need to prepare smoking containers and chips in advance, it's simple: just press the Smoke button and set the cooking time. You can adjust the aroma intensity in two levels: weak for a subtle flavor, and strong for dishes like chicken wings or quail eggs where you want a more pronounced smoky taste.

Equipped with a 14-layer catalytic filter and a forced exhaust fan, it decomposes the sources of odor and smoke. The structure is designed to minimize smoke and odor concerns even when used indoors. You can easily smoke your favorite ingredients, enhancing the quality of your home drinking experience.
