Seaforth, Alfred D. McKelvy
***PACKAGED PROFESSIONALLY WITH CARE, QUALITY NEW SHIPPING MATERIALS, QUICK SHIPPING Designed by the Alfred D. McKelvy Co. to evoke the rustic charm of old Scottish whiskey and moonshine jugs, these miniature crocks became an iconic fixture of mid-century American barbershops and master bathrooms. The side features the integrated clay bail loop (pierced hole), which originally held a small wire carrying handle. The unglazed base features an incised USA stamp pressed directly into the mold. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. NO chips, cracks, or glaze crazing. The original metal top sifter is intact and secure, showing natural age-appropriate oxidation and a weathered texture that highlights its 80+ years of history.
