Ceramic art tiles often involve multiple stages of coloring and firing.
Because shrinkage from firing must be calculated, highly skilled craftsmanship is required for completion.

Therefore, for limited edition works, the resale price may exceed the original purchase price.

While ceramic tiles are heavier than conventional paintings, they have the significant advantage of being resistant to fading over long periods. If cared for properly, they can become a valuable asset.
