This item was used a few times during the summer a few years ago.
The freezer bowl shows very little signs of use.
Operation is simple and not difficult. However, you will need space in your freezer to store the freezer bowl overnight as it needs to be frozen in advance.
Although it was used infrequently, it is perfect for making a variety of delicious ice creams.
* I could not find the English instruction manual and recipes, but instead, I will include a recipe book for making gelato, ice cream, and sorbet with an ice cream maker (see photo, retail price ¥1,200).
