VTG Sterling Silver PLATED "Happy Birthday, 32"‎ 25mm charm or pendant!

Helping a friend sell off her vast collection of charms/pendants. A lot of these are rare and unique, and I was happy to help her liquidate. A lot of these charms needed to be cut off of a bracelet, so be mindful that they might need new bails (rings). This is a vintage Happy Birthday charm/pendant with the number 32 etched in the banner. About 25mm in diameter. Stamped sterling on the back, however upon testing it's coming back as plated.  Please inspect and enlarge the pictures to assess the condition of the item for yourself.
