Bargain Clearance! Nordic Vintage Danish Vintage Desk

This is a vintage desk made in Denmark.
While the simple yet beautiful details are excellent, its unusually small size makes it a perfect fit even for compact homes in Tokyo.
Dimensions: W1245 D530 H745

The material is teak. I purchased it about 10 years ago after it had been restored, and I mainly used it for fly tying (I wanted to tie ant flies while sitting on an Ant Chair!). It was used about 4-5 times a year.

It features four side drawers, a shallow center drawer, and a door storage on the left, allowing for storage of various items. The center drawer and the left door come with a small, matching key. The keyhole design and the craftsmanship of the hardware are delicate and beautifully finished.

The slightly rounded shape of the tabletop gives it a soft impression. I believe it would pair well with chairs from Scandinavian brands such as Fritz Hansen or Carl Hansen.

Damage includes: the veneer on the edge of the left opening door is peeling (due to age-related deterioration), water stains on the tabletop (caused by placing a container for an alcohol stove), and dirt on the floor of the bottom drawer (which I believe can be somewhat resolved by sanding).

The Fritz Hansen Ant Chair shown in the first photo is not included. (If you are interested, it can be sold separately or as a set, so please leave a comment.)
