Vintage Coach NYC Brown Leather Briefcase Attache USA Glove Tanned No. 507-9246

Vintage Coach leather briefcase made in New York City from Coach's signature glove-tanned full-grain cowhide leather. This classic attache features solid brass hardware, rolled leather handles, and the original embossed Coach creed with registration number 507-9246.  The leather has developed a well-loved vintage patina with visible scuffs, scratches, and signs of use consistent with age. The handles show darkening from normal hand oils, and one handle has a small tear (shown in photos). The interior is clean overall but has a noticeable mothball odor from previous storage. Newsprint has been placed inside to help absorb the smell, though some odor remains.  A great candidate for everyday use, restoration, or addition to a vintage Coach collection.
