Vintage Hira China Regina HIRREG1 Oval Serving Platter – Made in Occupied Japan Beautiful vintage Hira China oval serving platter in the Regina / HIRREG1 pattern, featuring delicate pink, red and blue floral sprays surrounded by an ornate red band with gold scrollwork and trim. The underside bears the Hira China “Made in Occupied Japan” backstamp, dating this piece to the post-WWII Occupied Japan period, circa 1945–1952. Measures approximately 12 long x 8.5 wide x 1.25 high. Vintage pre-owned condition with age-related wear, including wear to portions of the gold and decorative finish. Underside/foot rim has manufacturing irregularities as shown in the photos. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the condition description. A beautiful example of postwar Japanese china and a great replacement or display piece for collectors of Hira China, Regina/HIRREG1 and Occupied Japan porcelain. Display stand is not included. 7266
