There are no tags on this scarf, so I don't know the maker. Looks virtually identical to Toteme's Embroidered Wool Blend Scarf Jacket, but as far as I can tell that scarf is attached to the jacket. This is a high-quality garment...the edge embroidery would have had to be done by hand. Scarf itself is very soft--it looks and feels like cashmere, possibly a wool/cashmere blend. No flaws.
