Brand new, never used. However, the cannister was slightly damaged in transit to me, as shown in the photos. It appears that the inner lid slightly shifted, allowing a tiny bit to spill onto the lid as shown. From the brand: A thick, buttery body cream. Formulated with vegan ingredients.
