This is a pure silver owl metal craft made by traditional craftsman Takehiko.

Approximately 22cm wide, 27cm tall, 2.7cm thick
The slightly plump owl is cute, and it's a decorative piece that seems auspicious as owls are also said to be symbols of good luck.
This item was found while cleaning out my parents' home, and the time and circumstances of its acquisition are unknown.
The frame has scratches, dirt, and scuffs, and the matting has several small black spots that look like dirt or debris.
