Description
Thank you for viewing.
This is a sake set of Ohori Soma ware.
[Features of Ohori Soma Ware]
Blue Crackle:
Characterized by the use of celadon glaze, creating a crackle pattern throughout the vessel. Each crackle pattern, formed by crazing, is unique. This crackle pattern gives the pieces a friendly and rustic impression.
Double Firing:
Features a double-layered structure, with the inner and outer walls layered, providing excellent heat and cold retention. This means that even when filled with hot liquid, your hands won't get hot, and the contents stay warm longer.
Hashiri-koma (Running Horse):
This design depicts the sacred horses of the Soma domain, hand-painted in the style of the Kano school. The horse facing left is considered auspicious, symbolizing that there is no one superior.
⚠While the sake flask and cups have no cracks or chips, the box and wrapping paper are damaged.
We ask that those who understand this is a home-stored item please make their purchase.
