Information from online search:
This is the S10 NBC Respirator, an old-model protective mask used by the British military.
Model: S10 NBC Respirator (manufactured by Avon).
History: Used by the British military from the mid-1980s to around 2010, it is now known as a collector's item.
Features: Used to protect against liquid and gaseous hazardous substances, it consists of a facepiece that seals tightly to the face and an absorbent canister (filter) that absorbs harmful gases.
Specifications: Red lenses are attached in this image, and the bag (haversack) is new.
The drink tube is cracked at the base. (Likely done by a previous owner because it was in the way.)

Description from the previous owner when purchased online:
Manufactured April 1990, British military surplus, genuine item.
Includes AVON L12A1/PS10 canister.
Canister has red markings. (Markings were already present when acquired, so the purpose is unknown.)
Special lenses for prescription insert lenses are already installed. (These were already installed when acquired, and since flat lenses were not included, they are not included here.)
Prescription insert lenses are not included.
Genuine red anti-flash out-insert lenses included. (Black anti-flash out-insert lenses are not included.)

The drink tube is cracked at the base.
The mouthpiece for the drink tube is not included.
It is recommended not to use or to replace the filter for the drink tube, as foreign matter was found attached when acquired.
