To start the rotation/kneading, turn the dial labeled Timer to the pink section between 40-60.
Please note that the timer function does not work. Also, the protective film on the surface of the timer dial is wrinkled and yellowed. Please refer to photo 13. It appears to be a cover that can be peeled off.

All functions other than the timer have been confirmed to be working.
