Vintage American Atelier "Delicious" 12" Charger Plate / Chop Platter by Affra G

Add a vibrant touch of 1990s nostalgia to your tablescape with this rare, oversized piece from American Atelier. Part of the highly collectible Delicious pattern (4008) designed by artist Affra Gibbs, this multi-colored stoneware piece features a rich, bold rim decorated with a harvest of strawberries, grapes, pears, and plums against a teal background.Measuring a substantial 12 inches, this versatile piece functions beautifully as a decorative charger plate to layer your settings, or as a chop platter/serving dish for your favorite meals. Unlike many modern decorative chargers, the stamp confirms this vintage stoneware piece is oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe, making it as functional as it is beautiful! Condition: Excellent vintage condition with zero chips, cracks, or crazing. The smooth glaze retains its beautiful glossy finish. There is one tiny, pinpoint factory kiln speck trapped beneath the glaze (visible in the close-up photo), which occurred during original production and does not affect the structural integrity or beauty of the piece. PLEASE EXAMINE PICTURES CAREFULLY FOR SIGNS OF WEAR AND MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING. THANK YOU.
