M19 COMBAT MAGNUM Gas Lighter Combat Magnum Type Lighter

M19 COMBAT MAGNUM Gas Lighter - Combat Magnum Style Lighter

This was won from a UFO catcher quite some time ago.
It does not light, possibly because the gas has run out.
I am unsure if it can be used as a lighter, so please consider it a junk item and no returns/no claims.
It is solidly built with a substantial weight, so I hope it can be used for display or cosplay.
The cylinder should be able to swing out, but I don't know how to do it. The bullets are in the cylinder.
The cylinder part can be rotated.
The instruction manual is lost.

Due to age, the box and styrofoam have dirt on them.
I don't believe the main body has any noticeable scratches, but as it is an old item, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for something like new.

This is a used item kept in my home, so please only purchase if you understand this.

I have other items listed, so please take a look at those as well.
