Description
This is a charcoal container used in tea ceremony.
I was told by my grandmother that she used this to hold charcoal during tea gatherings.
The black weaving is beautiful, and it is an item with a wonderful atmosphere.
I believe it can be used not only as a tea ceremony utensil but also as a Japanese interior decoration or a small item container.
