Description
This is a medium weight earth toned afghan, crocheted in green and brown yarn. The heathery appearance between the solid green strips is from the use of color change yarn. It is worked in strips and enhanced with dimensional diamonds which criss cross the piece. Both ends have 2 self fringe. This afghan has a nice feel - I do not know the yarn content but the touch and appearance lead me to think it is acrylic or a blend. It measures 41 x 77. One edge is worked more tightly so is somewhat shorter than the opposing edge - the piece is not completely rectangular. This does not affect usability, and possibly could be blocked to shape. It is clean and in very good condition with some light wear - no holes or spots.
