Adorable vintage light blue floral dress with delicate smocking across the chest. Features a Peter Pan collar and puff sleeves for a timeless, feminine look & adorable flower buttons down the back. This dress does not have a tag which leads me to believe it is handmade. The fabric feels like a heavy cotton. It fits like a Girls 6. This is a vintage item so may show signs of wear that I did not notice. I do inspect every item closely and could not find any spots or stains on this dress. Smoke free home. Thanks for shopping!!
