French Vintage Handmade Lidded Deer Terrine Casserole Serving Dish Pâté Dish

Rare & highly collectible vintage French terrine dish featuring a beautifully hand-decorated lidded deer design. Historically used to serve traditional French terrines and deer pâtés directly at the dining table, these animal-shaped ceramic pieces are now sought-after decorative accents and collector items. Features & Details:  Design: Intricately detailed reclining deer figure forming the top lid with a two-tone glazed ceramic base.  Dimensions: Approx. 10 inches long, 4 inches wide, 8 3/4 inches tall.  Function: Intended for display or serving cold/pre-cooked dishes on the table. Not suitable for oven cooking. Condition: In good vintage condition overall. There are no chips.
