Artec Overdrive Effector
Twin Head, Made in Korea.

You can adjust two types of distortion: CRUNCH, which seems to be Fender/VOX-like, and CLASSIC, which seems to be Marshall-like.
Since it's center positive, you'll likely need a polarity conversion cable.
Also, the battery requires removing the back cover screws.

In my opinion, it's in good condition and has been tested.
