Place the rock salt plate on a grill or hot plate and heat for 5-10 minutes.
Once the plate is evenly heated, place your desired ingredients (without salt) on top and cook.
Heat over low to medium heat, avoiding rapid temperature increases.
Can also be crushed and used in a grinder.
