Notes before purchasing:
① Calcite has a Mohs hardness of 3, making it relatively soft, prone to scratches, and very brittle. Its properties are significantly different from those of quartz, aquamarine, or topaz. We kindly ask for your understanding before considering your purchase.
② The matrix is basalt, but it may have been altered due to the influence of calcite crystal growth. This matrix is also brittle and prone to crumbling. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the properties of the matrix as well.

Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and refunds only if the calcite is damaged during transit.
Please take photos of the item upon opening to document its condition.
Damage incurred after receipt due to handling (while admiring the item, dropping it, etc.) is not eligible for return or refund.
The matrix serves as an accompanying base, and some powder may fall off due to the nature of the stone. Please understand that this is due to the stone's properties. Minor powder loss is not eligible for return.
If there is obvious damage during transit, we will process a return.
The matrix has been carefully shaped to allow for self-standing, but the crystals themselves have not undergone any processing.

Coloration:
We guarantee that this is a completely natural specimen, with no heat treatment or other artificial processes applied.
While we strive to photograph the item to be as close to the actual color as possible, please note that the actual color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and camera settings.
Due to the nature of natural stones, cracks or growth lines may be present from the formation process. We kindly ask for your understanding that these are naturally occurring features.

Thank you for your consideration.
