I purchased the ScanSnap iX500 new for home use about 5 years ago and used it extensively. I recently upgraded to the iX1600.
At the time of purchasing the iX500, I bought this kit for maintenance and used it once for testing. Since then, the iX500 has been used infrequently, so this kit has not been needed.
Everything shown in the photos is included. There is some slight age-related deterioration.
