These were called camera bags/cross bodies. It is a vintage bag that is in good condition. Leather is super soft. Could possibly be lambskin but not sure. Hardware does have fading so please look at the pictures. Measuring across the bottom is 7.5 x 6.5 x 2.5, chain drop is 24. Measurements are approximate.
