Vintage Knox New York cardboard hat box, likely circa 1940s–50s. Gold-toned box features the classic Knox eagle-and-shield crest, repeating logo pattern, red trim and original ribbon tie closure. Approx. 14.75” x 14” x 6.5”. Condition is well-used and distressed with staining, edge wear, creases, tears, paper loss, tape/residue and general age-related wear throughout. Lid currently fits very tightly and I was unable to remove it without risking damage, so it has not been forced open. Please review all photos closely.
