Diorama [Approx. 36 x 26 x 21 cm] N gauge size? Rail width (approx. 9 mm)

This item was purchased as a display piece from a shop and has been stored in its box.
The quality is quite high. The artist's name appears to be written on masking tape and attached to the back, but it's unclear.
I believe it would look great displaying model trains or similar items. The track width is about 9mm, so it seems suitable for N-gauge size, but it does not run as it is not electrified. It is for display purposes only.
The acrylic case is likely handmade and placed over the diorama.

The item will be shipped with cushioning material to secure it. However, it is a fragile item. While we will do our best to pack it securely, if by any chance it arrives damaged, please only purchase if you are able to repair it yourself.

This is a long-term, privately stored item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or do not understand this type of artwork.

Also, as packing takes time, we can only ship on weekends.
