Beautiful vintage 1977 hand-worked needlepoint accent pillow featuring a graphic bamboo motif in multiple shades of green against a warm ivory/cream ground. The needlepoint front is finished with soft yellow-green piping and a coordinating velvet back, giving the pillow a beautifully finished designer look. The lower corner is stitched “JNA 1977,” believed to be the needleworker’s initials and the year the piece was completed. The bamboo design works especially well with Chinoiserie, Grandmillennial, Palm Beach, Hollywood Regency, traditional, botanical and eclectic interiors. Approx. 12” x 15” Excellent vintage condition.
