NWOT Non-Stick Deep Dish Griddle

Two riveted loop handles allow secure lifting and carrying even with thick oven mitts (the handles do get hot). While two of the corners form pouring lips for excess grease, the nonstick finish reduces the need for extra butter or oil when cooking, and makes clean-up a simple matter of hot water and soap. Wooden, plastic, or nylon utensils, not metal, should be used with nonstick-approved cleaning pads. Commercial grade carbon steel for even cooking and heating. Gourmet non-stick interior for easy cleaning. With its extra deep dish design, this griddle allows you to cook a variety of dishes - from pancakes and scrambled eggs to sizzling stir-fries, all in one convenient pan.
