Description
This is a unique vintage linen tea towel of the historic houses of the Essex Institute in Salem Mass. This towel is a beige-grey color with blue print. This is marked Essex Institute 1978. This is not marked as linen, but it feels like a heavy gauge woven linen. It has a pocket at the top to hang this by a dowel rod. This does not appear to have ever been washed or used. It does have fold marks from years of being folded, but these should wash out or iron out. This measures 27 ½ by 16 ¼. I don't see any stains or defects.
