I have high insteps and wide feet, and usually wear a size 23.5.
The ankle area fits well, but the stiffness from the instep to the toes was too much for me and caused pain, so I couldn't use them effectively.
I believe they provide strong propulsion if you can kick properly. They might be good for those who are already accustomed to this type of fin.
Since I usually prefer softer fins from the ankle to the pocket, these felt like they put too much strain on my feet.
They are in very beautiful condition and have only been used twice (about 3 hours each time), so they are practically new. Sorry, I don't have the box!

Vulcan V3 Fins

The Vulcan V3 Fins are made from 60% natural rubber and 40% recycled rubber.
The two different rubber densities are adjusted for varying stiffness to create the perfect flex for long sessions and cold water.

*Neoprene pads are included for the instep area of the foot.
Please note that the pads may peel off, and this will not be covered by warranty.
If they peel off, you can repair them yourself with wetsuit glue or similar adhesive.
The neoprene material may make the size feel slightly smaller.

Reference Sizing
Woman with size 24 cm feet:
Size S with 2mm socks fits perfectly.

Man with size 26.5 cm, high instep, and very wide feet:
M size fits barefoot, but after about 30 minutes, the width becomes tight and painful, so I gave up.
ML size is slightly loose barefoot, but I use them with tethers and love them.
(I prefer not to wear socks except in winter.)
