Vintage Moulin-Legumes #1 Food Mill Made in France Yellow Knob Kitchen Tool

Vintage Moulin-Légumes #1 manual food mill / vegetable mill, made in France.  Classic French kitchen utensil featuring a metal bowl, perforated milling plate, hand-crank mechanism, and distinctive yellow crank knob. The handle is embossed “MOULIN-LEGUMES,” and the bowl carries the original French patent/branding mark.  Moulin-Légumes was created by French inventor Jean Mantelet beginning in 1932 and was the company that later became Moulinex. Based on the Moulin-Légumes branding, this example dates to the mid-20th century, approximately 1930s-1950s.  Ideal for making mashed potatoes, vegetable purées, soups, sauces, applesauce, and similar foods, or as a collectible piece of vintage French kitchenware.  Approximate dimensions are shown in the photos.  Good vintage condition with normal age-related surface wear, scratches, marks, and patina from previous use. Yellow crank knob shows minor age/use wear. Mechanism appears complete and turns as intended. Please review all photos carefully for exact cosmetic condition.  Made in France.
