Mechanical Core Plating-Style Paint
The MG Sazabi Ver.Ka kit, known for its density and volume, has been painted in an RG Sazabi mechanical core plating style.
The base kit is the MG Sazabi Ver.Ka Mechanical Clear.
Some decals use plating-style gold foil stickers.
The clear exterior parts were painted from the back with clear red, then plating-style silver. After cutting out the parts and surface treatment, the exterior surface was painted with a gradient. Even with just the back painting, it had a sparkling, beautiful jewel-like shine, but it still felt a bit too plastic and light. Therefore, the surface was painted with a gradient, dividing layers with different colors for each part. It's hard to tell in the photos, but it resulted in a lustrous, heavy shine.
Fluorescent parts are embedded in the vernier interiors, mono-eye, and sensors, so they glow under blacklight (see photos 8-11. These are not CG).
