This is a handmade, flip-up bearing roller yaen (KENTARO Special).
Length: Approximately 34 cm
Weight: Approximately 12 grams
Material: Super hard stainless steel shaft, 1 mm
Hooks: 2 x Katuichi Out Barb M, 10 x S
(Only the 2 hooks at the tip are M size)

The base is a Shimano flip-up roller yaen L, and this is a special specification by KENTARO from the YouTube channel KENTARO's Yaen Fishing Diary.
The balance is set at the roller part when shipped, but you can move it to your preferred position.
If you move the weight slightly forward, the hook tips will angle down slightly, making it easier to get under the squid.
If you move the weight slightly backward, the distance between the yaen and the squid will be closer, which carries a risk of the squid being startled and escaping, but it is thought to improve hook-ups.
KENTARO sets the weight slightly forward. The line attachment part is also designed for easy and smooth insertion from front to back. The solder part is camouflage colored.

For the bearing rollers, if you wash them with fresh water after use and dry them thoroughly, and then maintain them with oil (such as Daiwa or Shimano maintenance oil), they will continue to spin smoothly.
*During use, it is best to blow air onto the bearing part to remove moisture. Please be aware that leaving them submerged in water for extended periods may cause rust and seizing.
