Description

This item was entrusted to me by an acquaintance, and I have no further details.

I believe it is a vise for small river fishing, but I am not sure how to use it.
The images show everything included, so please check them.

A rubber tube has been fitted to the tip of the screw to prevent the fastener from coming off (photo 8).
