ELK Tape Echo EM-4

This is the ELK Tape Echo EM-4.
I used it for home recording until about 20 years ago, but after that, it was stored unused.

Even with current machines that simulate tape echo, they cannot replicate the unique sound of this analog tape echo EM-4.
You can still occasionally find these on Mercari and other platforms, but I don't think many are left, so wouldn't it be a good idea to get one now while you can still find them occasionally?

A tape is included, but please replace it.
The rollers that move the tape are working properly, but the tape itself may be damaged (?), causing it to stop and start.
When the tape is removed, the rollers spin, so I believe the tape winding has become stiff (unknown).

The heads and other parts have not been checked, so we recommend maintenance or repair before use.
However, it is not broken or unusable, so even if there are any issues due to age-related deterioration, I don't think it will be impossible to use after maintenance.

As this is a very old vintage item, there are some dirt, scratches, and rust.
Please understand that the appearance may differ due to lighting in the photos, color variations, and differences in viewing devices.
*It might be a little dirtier than the photos (^-^;
