Upon purchase, the risk of the object of sale shall transfer to the successful bidder.
For any reason or cause whatsoever, the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of first instance shall be the court having jurisdiction over the seller's current address, and the bidder agrees to file a lawsuit in said court. The exclusive jurisdiction agreement shall apply even to matters outside the scope of this transaction.
If litigation is to be heard in a court other than the one having jurisdiction over the seller's current address, the successful bidder shall be obligated to withdraw the lawsuit and waive the rights that are the subject of the lawsuit.
The seller may cancel the transaction at any time for reasons attributable to the seller, without the buyer's consent.
Cancellations may be made by the seller without prior notice and regardless of whether the successful bidder is at fault.
In disputes arising from this transaction, the maximum amount of damages the successful bidder may claim, regardless of whether the claim is for breach of contract or tort, shall be limited to the total of the winning bid amount and shipping costs.
The successful bidder shall bear the costs of restoration to the original condition due to termination, and other similar expenses.
If pursuing the seller's liability, the successful bidder shall bear the burden of proof for any claim and shall provide proof to a degree that leaves no room for reasonable doubt.
The successful bidder shall bear full responsibility for all issues inherent in transactions between individuals, regardless of where the responsibility lies.
If any monetary transactions such as refunds become necessary due to any circumstances arising from this agreement, such transactions shall be conducted between Japan Post Bank accounts, regardless of our fault.
If, for any reason, the successful bidder needs to ship an item to the seller, the shipping method shall be selected by the seller, regardless of whether the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment.
If, for any reason, the successful bidder needs to ship an item to the seller, and the seller is at fault for the circumstances that necessitated the shipment, the seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled their obligation by paying only the shipping costs to the successful bidder. The seller shall not incur any claims from the successful bidder for packing, shipping, or other actions necessary for the shipment.
